Do Men & Women Really Speak Different Languages

So there is the page I follow on Instagram @africas_jagbajantis_vines the page post the video below:

Speaking for women – What this means to us is that you really do not care if we want to come or not whereas we simply want to feel like you want us to come over, so there is no issue, since we offered to come so why can’t you simply say “I WANT (keyword) you to come or give us a more proper excuse like I’m not home right now.
Other comments from the page:
Female: Why not just say he doesn’t want her to come! Simple! Ure indirectly saying u don’t care whether she come or not…. Which means she don’t mean anything to u! If u’d want her to come u’ll say it point-blank I wan u to come! Simple! All these na story… No one can try this with me! Whether we be friends or dating… That’s the end of it.
Female I think: There’s a world of difference between “oh hey babe I WANT you to come over/by” and “oh you can come if you want to.” While the former means I’d love to have you around, the latter simply means I don’t care if you come or not meaning don’t come shikina.
Male obviously: Wow 😂😂😂 she said do you want me to come by ? He said you can do that , I ain’t tripping. Simple just go over end of story but nooooooo no no no that’s not good enough. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️
Male: Bt he really didn’t want her to come, he was kinda enjoying his space! He didn’t want to be rude that’s y he said she can come if she wants to! – This is the truth

This is too accurate, especially when you don't know you are dating a woman with bipolar, melancholic lady.
