For as long as I can remember, I have always disliked the question “where do you see yourself in 4 years” And when I’m asked at interviews, I manage to come up with something, sometimes great & sometimes terrible in my opinion.
Fast forward to a few months ago, I can finally answer that question without any worry because I know where I want to be in the 4 years, yes, there is still doubts on whether or not I can achieve what I want to achieve in those 4 years but time & consistency will tell.
April 2019, I changed roles in my company to become Technology Project Manager – which was the break I have been looking in my career, as a former operations person, it is very easy to get stuck in an operations role, especially when you study microbiology & find yourself working a in technology company ( Confusion is the order of the day)
I ask myself,
Do I do Masters?
What masters should I do?
Does this masters currently help my current career goal?
What is my career goal gan sef?
All of this can be confusing & you are not alone, if you feel this way.
I will be sharing my new journey with you has I figure things out cause we are all just winging it, the way we think it should be winged.
