A certain state the Oyo State called Apabiekun, has not had electricity in over a decade, t crown this unforgivable injustice, IBEDC (NEPA) has the audacity to bring these people bills for electricity they have never used in years.
Amongst other basic amenities, they also have no motorable roads, no water, no health centers & no police station.
When the IBEDC was contacted about the electricity issue for the community, they claimed they are working on something in the nearest future and the issue will be rectified.
Nigeria has always found a way to neglect the community – Oye.
